I just couldn't resist writing a review for this overrated book. It easily became the required reading for teenage girls worldwide with a classic theme, but the most I can say for it is that it's average, more accurately my Grade Point Average (2.68 weighted). It just as quickly became a laughingstock, with sparkly vampires and lines like "I love you, but I love Edward more".The characters are bland and the movie has destroyed the last remnants of sparkly vampire respectability.
